Paul is an accomplished actor & reality TV legend, who played Sol Patrick in Hollyoaks between 1997 and 2001.
In 2005 he appeared in Celebrity Love Island where the legendary Dangerous Danan first made his appearance; returning by public demand in 2006, Paul was brought back for the second series.
Paul has also had his own show “Test Drive my Girlfriend” and also travelled the USA with Calum Best & Fran Cosgrave in a classic American Cadillac for reality TV show – Calum, Fran & Dangerous Danan on ITV2.

Regularly seen on TV in great shows such as Love Island with Caroline Flack, Big Brother’s Bit on the Side with Rylan Clark, as a guest presenter on shows such as new ITVBE show SPAWARS and a regular panellist on the hysterically funny Celebrity Juice; Paul makes a great addition to almost all genres of TV, bringing a fun, cheeky personality that people love. Paul also has a passion for charity & has made lots of appearances at Celebrity Football matches with Celeb FC and PBOVS along with being his work with The Amy Winehouse Foundation and DrugFam.
Paul also tours with the hit play, “Mum can you lend me Twenty Quid” – Which is based on the book by Elizabeth Burton Phillips, the founder of DrugFam; a lady who has campaigned tirelessly to make parents aware of the pain and suffering caused to families by drug addiction through this inspiring and moving play.

Paul appeared in CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER on Channel 5 during August 2017 and is widely considered to be one of the most entertaining housemates in Celebrity Big Brother history, having a huge public following and many celebrity supporters.

Paul is now shooting 2 movies – “Are We Dead Yet” & “Holy Beef” . Also he is appearing in “Worth a Flutter” – A play by Michael Head at the Hope Theatre in Islington in May 2018



Paul Danan aka Dangerous Danan was born in Chigwell, Essex, his father was originally from Fez, Morocco.

Paul is the father to one child, DeNiro.

He now lives in Hertfordshire, running “The Paul Danan Acting School” a drama school for all ages.  (Some great news Coming Soon).

He is a working actor, and also a mental health advocate, extremely passionate about charity work.

In August 2017, he was a contestant on the 20th season of Celebrity Big Brother, playing to win £50000 for his chosen charity.
